Made-to-Order Production All products are printed and produced on demand after your order is placed. Please allow 3–7 business days for production before your order ships. Because each item is custom-made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will work with our fulfillment partner to resolve the issue.
Estimated Delivery Times Once shipped, delivery estimates are:
- Standard Shipping (US): 5–10 business days
- Standard Shipping (Canada): 10–20 business days
- Standard Shipping (Australia): 10–20 business days
- Standard Shipping (Rest of World): 15–30 business days
- Express Shipping (US via UPS): 1–3 business days after production
Total Estimated Time: Add production time to the shipping estimate above. For example, a US standard order typically arrives within 8–17 business days from the order date.
Order Tracking You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order leaves the production facility. Use the link provided to track your package in real time.
Important Notes
- Orders cannot be modified or cancelled after production has begun.
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons or due to carrier delays.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance for international orders.
